Learning is not a sprint; it is a lifelong journey, and at every turn there are opportunities for new growth and development. .Research shows that a strong parent, child and school relationship helps boost student achievement and outcomes.

We believe that parents need to work together with teachers to understand their children’s unique strengths, interests and talents as learning patterns emerge. Parent-teacher relationships don’t just happen. They are built over time through consistent communication, collaboration, creative problem solving, a common goal and, most importantly, trust. At EdLead School, student’s Diary is set as vibrant mean of communication between parent and school. All routine messages including homework, notices, updates, vouchers, comments, assessment results as well as monthly attendance reports along with late coming status are shared thru diaries. There are 2 defined Parent – Teacher Meetings are scheduled in a year to discuss students’ concerns with their respective parents in detail and to form a unique strategy for them. Besides, an open opportunity exists that parent can request a need based meeting with teacher through principal office.
